By using any of the generators found on this site you agree to be legally bound by these terms of service.

All codes generated are the property of hp.toxicscribble.com. You may not, under any circumstances remove the copyright built into the codes and/or claim them as your own. The copyright does not show up on your page and is only viewable when looking at the code itself, therefore their is no reason for you to remove it.

You may alter the codes and/or reuse them as you want as long as the original copyright remains intact. This does not include selling the codes as a 'package' for other people to then use and create layouts from. However you may create layouts from the codes and sell those and code layouts for people using the generators.

These terms and conditions are subject to be changed, modified, added to, or otherwise altered at any time. Such changes and/or modifications shall become effective immediately upon posting so please check back every so often.
